Q: What Methods of Shipping do we use?

A: UPS: Based upon the total weight, number of boxes, and destination. UPS is used for smaller orders and may not be used if the items ordered exceed length and weight restrictions. In addition, UPS will not ship anything that contains oil or any other liquid. For a UPS quote, log on to www.myups.com and have information ready on the total weight, and destination zip-code.

Trucking: Based upon weight, number of pallets, and destination (zip code). For a trucking quote, please email your sales rep for a quote and provide the weight and zip-code to which the shipment will arrive.

Q: I have my own UPS/Fed Ex account. May I use this to ship my order?

A: If your order qualifies to ship UPS, you may use your UPS account. You must provide your account number when you place your order, and select Customer Account UPS for your shipping. Unless we have your account number, we will ship your order and bill you for freight charges. We do not ship via Fed Ex.

Q: Are there any handling charges added to my order?

A: Bridgecraft only charges you the amount of your total actual order (minus any items not available), plus shipping, and no extra costs are added to this total. If there are items you ordered but are not in stock, we will delete them off of the order. You will not be contacted if there is inventory not in stock due to the large volume of orders placed and the time it takes to get an order ready for shipment.

Q: Do you have a pre-paid freight?

A: Bridgecraft does not currently offer pre-paid freight, as our extremely low prices do not account for shipping. however, in order to feed back our customers for their long term support to Bridgecraft, we now offer you a more concret incentive with a 3% discount for the gross amount of your purchasing from the price listed on our website, for more detail information, please contact our customer service at Intservice@mtctec.com

Q: Can I pick up my own shipments or arrange my own trucking?

A: If you live in the Los Angeles area or would rather pick up your orders, simply select WILL CALL when placing your order, and e-mail your sales repredentative to schedule pick-up. To arrange your own trucking, please follow the above directions, and contact the above email address, to receive pallet and weight information, and to schedule pick-up.

Q: How do I register so I can order?

A: You may log on to www.bridgecraftonline.com and click on New Customer. Be ready to enter your basic information and Tax ID# or seller¡¯s permit. If you do not have internet access, please request a new customer form and we can fax this to you. If you do not have a fax, please call our sales office at (310) 885-5555 and a sales rep would be happy to register your company. It is simple and free!

Q: What are container shipments and how do they benefit me as opposed to ordering from the Los Angeles warehouse?

A: If you plan to order in large volume, and/or would like to receive the best possible prices, ordering containers from China is your best bet. You will never experience shortages, broken pieces, or missing product. Your order is thoroughly inspected numerous times to ensure your approval. In addition, you can receive up to 10% off your regular purchase price for product, and an additional 10% on shipping charges. Finally, you can order a mixed container of any type of product, including our FCD items and those that you personally source. These orders take 45-60 days to arrive, and only take a little planning to be perfect for a small business owner or a large distributor! Q: What kind of discounts do you offer?

A: Bridgecraft has based their prices on volume purchasing, so discounts are not given on orders. We offer the best selection at the lowest absolute prices possible. Although, we do offer monthly specials, and discounts on our container purchases. Just ask your sales rep how you can save!

Q: Do you offer catalogues?

A: Our color catalog is finally available to interested parties. If you have not received one, please just e-mail or call us and we will be happy to send one right out. This catalog only offers our top 500 items so please also visit the website continuously to ensure you have the most recent information regarding our products.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards (except Discover), business and personal checks, money orders and cashier¡¦s checks, wire transfers, and cash. For other forms of payment, please contact Accounting at (310) 885-5555.

Q: What is the minimum purchase requirement?

A: The minimum order requirement is $500, and $10 per item.

Q: Do I have to order by case lot?

A: You are not required to order full cases, but you must order at least $10 of each item (except for items that say so). Remember, the more you spend, the more you save!

Q: Are there any requirements to make a purchase?

A: To protect our customers, we only sell to businesses with a valid Tax ID #, or a seller¡¯s permit. If you are a California customer, you must provide a copy of this certificate.

Q: How long does it take to ship an order?

A: We can usually ship out orders within 72 hours. Any orders placed after 10:30 am PST will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following business day. Holidays are our busiest time, so to ensure that your order is received in a timely manner, please plan ahead.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: You may reach a representative from 8am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Q: Is there a warranty on the products?

A: Yes, all items fall under a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty. Items that are used improperly or damaged due to neglect or abuse will not be covered. All returns must be approved and you will be sent a return merchandise form to fill out. They must be shipped back at your cost, and we will issue you a credit and/or ship out a new item.
